Ward’s Fish

We are proud to use fish from family run business Ward’s Fish. Founded in 1927 by Emily Ward, the wife of a ship’s cook from Birkenhead. Everything we use from Ward’s is sustainably sourced, whether it’s hand-dived Scallops straight out of the shell from Tarbat on the banks of Loch Fyne, or Sea Bass from the Liverpool Bay. Their commitment to standards has won them a maximum score from the Environmental Health Department.
