Lakes Speciality Foods are the Lake District’s premium meat supplier and we are proud to use a wide variety of their produce with every menu we produce.

We currently use their Himalayan salt chamber to age our Lamb proscuitto for 6 weeks after curing in the restaurant. We also smoke our duck at their Eden Valley smokehouse and source all of our cheese from the cheese larder in Ulveston.
