Over the last 2 months we have been hard at work preparing for our return to ensure that Maray is a safe place for our team and our guests, without detracting from the spirit of the experience that we strive to deliver. Since your last visit a few things have changed… you will notice us taking some extra measures that will slightly change the way you dined in the past, but we promise you’ll still have just as much fun (don’t think that we don’t like you because we don’t pour your vino anymore).
For your peace of mind you can view our full safe working policy HERE.
We have also updated our menus to reflect the fact that we are working as a reduced team, and these are subject to change based on our capacity. Don’t worry, cauliflower hasn’t gone anywhere.
Maray was born in the summer of 2014 out of a desire to bring back a piece of Paris’ 4th arrondissement to Liverpool.
We serve sharing plates inspired by the flavours of the Middle East alongside great cocktails and wine.
We opened our first 36 cover restaurant on Bold St in Liverpool city centre in June 2014, since then we have opened a 74 cover site in the suburbs of Allerton, and more recently a 65 cover site on the Royal Albert Dock.
We care about making people happy and doing things the right way, and we endeavour to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests on a daily basis.
We look forward to seeing you soon.

The flavours of the Middle Eastern grill house predominate, but it’s also a bit Skandi and a bit American junk food
